Don't let Obama forget his LGBT promises

After the petition link was posted on the front page of Pam's House Blend the signatures increased by almost 50%. If you have not yet lent your support to the UAFA you can do so HERE.
If you are unfamiliar with the UAFA, the Uniting American Families Act is the legislation that will provide equal immigration rights to same sex binational couples. It is an immigration quagmire that myself and some 70 000 other LGBT people have found themselves in. So as you celebrate this holiday season with your family and friends don't forget about the many LGBT families that are separated because of America's discriminatory immigration laws. As the inauguration of President Obama nears, it is vital that we remind the Obama Administration of its promise to the LGBT community. In particular, it is important to remind Obama of the 1100+ federal rights that he so frequently mentioned during the past two years.
