Is it okay for trans people to use variants of the term ->-bleeped-<- in conversation the way some gay men do with that term with each other, some trans people use the term ->-bleeped-<- with each other, or some African-Americans use the n-word with each other, etc.?
Well, I'm finding gay men don't seem to have a problem using the term ->-bleeped-<- in their speech. Specifically, what's brought this up again for me is Jonny McGovern (a performer who goes by the moniker the Gay Pimp) recently using the term ->-bleeped-<- in a parody piece entitled ->-bleeped-<- Ladies (Put Some More Duct Tape on it).
