YouTube does have a policy against hate speech and does have a mechanism for reporting it.

I bring this up because since Prop 8...I am noticing there seems to be more and more cowardly people who feel free to post anti-lgbt comments.

We could shrug our shoulders about it...or those of us who have accounts at YouTube could take a few moments to report it...because it is simply not okay.
