I'm working from home today and I have my ipod playing while I struggle with the day's problems.

My soon to be 4 year old granddaughter comes into my office and asks me to turn the music off.  It seems that Mina was sleeping and my music was disturbing her.  I turned my ipod off and she thanked me.

Mina is her invisible goldfish that plays in the sink in the bathroom.

*CORRECTION*

I've just been informed that Mina is her invisible kitten who has just had her shots from the 'betrinarin.  Apparently Mina is a little uncomfortable after her ordeal.

I just had to pet, kiss and hug Mina before she was properly comforted.  I also did the same with my granddaughter.

I am so blessed.

Grandchildren, the greatest thing the lord created !
I have 2, one boy one girl 10 and 8. and they do say the most darling things !

I just found out that they and their father (my son) will be moving in with us for a while because he lost his job and is behind on his rent. He's divorced and has custody, and gets no help from his ex-wife.

Ought to fun for while !

"I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?" - Fred Rogers
