Hello Lads & Lasses,

I was just reading through my book which my surgeon gave me on Chest Surgery.

He recommened

"Arnica for a week prior to surgery as this certainly does decrease the amount of bruising sustained and this can then be continued for a further week in the post operative period."

And also St Johns Wart for depression after the surgery also.

I was just wondering if anyone took any vitamins before surgery or after to help healing, or what have you?

Any if anyone takes vitamins daily.. to boost progress with T and the like?

Cheers

Jay
