Living in a small central Illinois town, Audri Brooks, 28, considers herself a woman in a man's body.

And though Brooks has always known she's different, all she really wants is to fit in.

"My goal is just to be the girl next door," Brooks said. "I don't want to be noticed. I want to blend in and be totally normal."

Trey Polesky, a 27-year-old Bloomington man, says he was born a man in a woman's body.

Like they're trying to butter up the people who would be 'offended' by using 'she' or 'he' 'improperly'.

The American Psychological Association reports that 1 in 11,900 men and 1 in 30,400 women wish they were a different sex. These people make up what is called the transgendered community.

I really hate how reporters are so obsessed with numbers, without often having a clue as to their significance, relevance, or accuracy.

They look good in print, like the reporter did research or something. Numbers make them look smart to the vast amount of people who know less about numbers then they do about Quantum Mechanics, which is kind of all about numbers, but in a different way.
