I totally agree that this can be VERY time consuming. However, for myself, I see it as a very gradual way to introduce the real me into my school system. This way, once I transition to full time, the jump will not be (

) quite as shocking.
Frightened and upset parents can be very intimidating to a superintendant and school board.

Luckily dresses are uncommon these days. Pants and a top are pretty standard for most occasions, jobs, and social occasions. With variations on colors, cuts, and some style differences.
