Dunno if you're still battling your double front, but today I tried tucking it into my underwear and wearing a fairly wide, sturdy belt, and it didn't roll up on me at all.  Not sure which is the magic element, or if it's a combination of the two, but I thought I'd just throw that out there for people who are having the same issue.

Mine would roll up if I didn't have my belt on tight.  One of my favorite parts of having had surgery is not having to wear a belt so tight/at all to feel comfortable with myself up there.
