I have a long way to go but while on a ride today I began to wonder...

Did the way you ride change since pre-hrt in any way?
Did you find womens saddles a better fit post H.R.T. or S.R.S.?
Did you not feel any reason to change?
How long were you off your bike after S.R.S.?

I can't really answer all of these questions, I've been on hrt since last June and i love riding my bike, up to the time i couldn't ride outside because of the weather i did not notice anything different, just wish the weather was better so i could ride outside again. During the times i can't ride outside i do cycling classes at my local YMCA to stay in shape.

Did the way you ride change since pre-hrt in any way? Haven't noticed any changes so far, if there were i adapted to them without noticing, though after starting hrt my energy levels fell but I'm pretty much back to normal now.

Did you find women's saddles a better fit post H.R.T. or S.R.S.? I still use the men's saddle that came with my road bike but i may try a woman's saddle this year.

Did you not feel any reason to change? Last year i saw no need to change , but i have over the winter changed allot physically.

How long were you off your bike after S.R.S.? na, but i would like to know the answer to this also.

Paula.
