Indeed! We socialize in the ladies room.  It's our own way to take a break from the usual mixed group of boring people and being able to have that little moment of relating and mental intimacy (if you will) with another woman.  This is why some of us prefer to go in the ladies room in pairs so that we can yack away... *giggle*
