Tired

In 15 minutes it'll be midnight.  I'm in the Bay Area so that's midnight Pacific Time.  Elizabeth and I were up at 4am so I could get to the airport for my 7am flight - East Coast Time - so other than a brief snooze on the plane I've been up for 23 hours.  I'm tired, so this will be a short entry.

When I woke up somewhere over Louisiana I opened the USA Today to get to the Sudoku Puzzle.  That's typically one of the ways I pass the time on these flights.  To my surprise, there was the article that I've been predicting for a couple of weeks now.  It's about Christine Daniels' de-transition back to Michael Penner.  (read the story here)

The problem that I have with the story isn't in anything the writer specifically says or doesn't say.  It's the fact that someone deemed this newsworthy at all.  This particular situation happened last October and was a pretty insignificant blip on the radar screen - it became non-news a long time ago.
