Are you deficient? Do you know for sure? Chances are that you do have a deficiency and do not even know it. Why? Because it is estimated that most people are indeed deficient in Vitamin D. I have been reading up on this since my test was done and came back way low. My doc has now put me on some megadoses and I thought I would share some weblinks about Vit D.

I've always had a very good immune system, and my mom has always had me take supplements. Plus I'm on a very careful diet! (I'm trying to gain weight.)
