In all of the time I have spent in public women's toilets I have had knocks on a door to see if the toilet is occupied. A "I'm, in here." Is enough to stop the check. Three words. I have never had anyone place their head under the door or stall wall in order to see who was on the other side. I have never even begun to imagine mirrors on people's shoes or cameras under a door.
In all the years I used men's toilets. I can recall, persistent knocks, heads and shoulders under a stall wall or door -- often discouraged by shouts and kicks and then reports to staff at the store. But even there, never a mirror or a camera.
WTF? Is this supposed to be "normal" behavior on the chance that a trans-inclusive measure somehow brings on? I don't think so.
In fact, I would rather tender the suggestion that the sort of off-the-wall suppositions and scenarios that Mr. Marsh comes through with (and those of his cohorts Barbera, Wildmon the Maryland morons and others like that have managed to pique the interests of voyeurs and pedarastswho have realized that there is a niche they hadn't thought to exploit previously.
Emelye, you have done a righteous job going back and forth with this wing-nut. Kudos to you.
