Binder sizing?

Hey guys, I've been thinking about getting a real binder, the tri-top from Underworks since most seem to like it, and it's cheap too. Anywho, I'm not sure what size to get, since the Underworks site lists measurements, but it doesn't say anywhere whether that measurement is the bust or ribcage. All I know is that I used to have a doublefront medium, and it was too big, didn't do much more than a sports bra.

My ribcage measurement at the smallest part is 29/30" and I wear a 32/34B.
What size would you recommend?
Small or extra small?

How to measure:  First take a snug measurement under the bust line with a tape measure.  Next take another measurement over the fullest part of your chest.  Again not too tight but not too loose. Take the average of theses two measurements and apply the result to the scale provided below. Each item has a different scale based on the elasticity of the fabric used and the cut of the garment, so please pay attention to the sizing scale for each style.

Now for just under the bust that means the point where your bra would sit, just under your moobs (man boobs) and for the fullest part it's where your moobs jut out the most.

Judging on what you put your size at it's not a surprise the medium was too big. Small should be just about right. Extra small might be too constricting and you might not be able to get it on.
