Hello Bridget,  the hormones will take time to do it's work, breast growth is rarely symetrical even with genetic females.  The voice of doom?  I also need help with this if anyone can offer a easy to use source ( DVD/Books etc ).  It is the one area that I am most in need of help.

Just be patient, all will work out in good time with the hormones.

Welcome to your second puberty!

Similar to born females, you will experience asymmetrical breast growth.  Over time it may become more symmetrical, but your dominant side will generally be larger.  Also, being on hormones a short period of time (less than a month), there would be little visible progress, though you may have noticed more subtle changes like thickening under your nipple and breast sensitivity.

Remember it takes *years* for a person to go through puberty, male or female, your development will take a while.

A deep, resonant male voice can be modified to be less harsh, but it will take practice.  I personally used the Calperia Adams course and was very well pleased with the results, but it took months of constant practice.  There are others, and here is a link to our wiki for voice: https://www.susans.org/wiki/Voice

But timbre is only one facet of speaking with a feminine voice.  Calpernia touches on these in her course.  There are other elements, such as tempo, inflection, and word choice.  Listening to other women speak to individuals and to groups will give you some insight to this.

Patience and effort gives the best results.

On my first visit to my Endo he posed a question to me. How long does it take a female to go through puberty?  The answer was 3-5 years. Everyone is different in how they respond and develop from the hormones or as the common saying goes....YMMV Your mileage may vary.

A month or so will give you very little to go on, try to be patient and work on the other needs that accompany transition. Voice was but one that you mentioned. Hon, this is something that really cant be rushed much and Yep I was at stage also. Good luck and dont be shy about asking questions, there is always someone here that will answer and who knows, down the road you might be the one helping. Hugs

Hi Bridget,   :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 1900 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion. Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers.  Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now.  And it is always nice to have another sister.   :icon_hug:

I am going on 10 months HRT and still get development.  In fact my boobs are beginning to be sore and itchy, as they do every time they go thru a growth sprint.  It just takes time.  Give it a year or better before doing anything in a BA.  And enjoy your second puberty.  God knows most of us did not enjot the first.  ;D
