Hey there, a question someone might know the anwser to - My face looks pretty fine, but I have a big adams apple which runs in the family. I need to find a guy to make the thing smaller, but I don't know what I'm doing, and neither does anybody I know. From what I understand, it's a pretty simple and cheap thing, and not a huge lot of trouble. But I kinda need it. So, uhh, does anyone know who can do that sort of thing here without hitting my vocal cords or something?

Hi Eamber,

Maybe check out the wiki for some basic info, then do a more focussed search.

I doubt the procedure is either cheap or covered by the NHS.

Oh, thanks! Hopefully the wait isn't too long. It sucks wearing a scarf everyday.
