Spring comes, and I am ready to take away fats accumulated in my belly during winter by jogging. I ran for three consecutive days.

When I exercise, my transsexualism becomes stronger. I remember that my transsexualism once came out when I regularly ran for exercise about 20 years ago. It was also when I began exercise about 5 years ago when I seriously started to crossdress in public. At that time, people strangely watched my legs, and later I wanted to show off my legs femininely. Within 1 year, I began wearing miniskirts.

During the past several weeks, I was a little bit busy and did not exercise so much, and I nearly forgot fashion and other stuffs. A few days ago, one of my colleauges once commented to me that I seemed no longer interested in applying makeup. During winter, my interested in fashion seems to hibernate.

After running for about 1 hour today evening, my mood toward beauty and fashion slowly comes to life. I once suspected that physical exercise could change level of sexual hormone in my body, but I did not see any related research article on this matter. Probably, psychological factors act, as I enjoy exhibitionism during jogging outside. While running, I can rather freely expose my body and wear feminine tights and short pants without worrying about criticism at my work place or apartment.

maybe it is the endorphins?

I feel good after exercise. When you feel good, you feel more expressive, confident, open and happy. Perhaps it is as simple as that.

Nicky, I agree in some sense. Endorphin is certainly a factor. I feel more endorphin secreted when I ride a bike.

In some sense, my crossdressing is a kind of public performance rather than wearing everyday dresses. I may need hard practice and exercise before performing my crossdressing in public. Crossdressing can be as thrilling and dangerous as figure skating. Jogging is a kind of practice, and I enhance my skills in crossdressing by trial and error. Enough exercise may give me some confidence to go public.

When I walk in high heel sandals, I feel like becoming an acrobat and I imagine that my walking posture probably looks better than most young women in the street.

Yes. Jogging and crossdressing both are a kind of physical activity in public, and one may trigger the other and so forth.

Not to mention that in the winter nobody really cares what they look like.  I know tons, and I mean tons, of birth females who don't put on make-up, don't shave their legs, so on and so forth unless they absolutely have to in the winter months.  This could just be because I live in the great land to the north though.

It depends on the latitude. In my area (Busan, southern area), temperature seldom drops below 0 degree celcius (freezing point) during winter, and I see snow once in every 10 years. Even in northern area, global warming stuffs have worked, but it could be still freezing in Seoul during winter.

What I was surpised at was that some young women in Seoul wear miniskirts with high heels and silk stockings even in such freezing and windy weather conditions. I was dumbfounded.

Recently I came to realize that the degree of my desire to crossdress is an indicator of my health.

During the past 1 or 2 months, my health was not so good. I felt that my heart has a problem, but doctors and initial tests including electrocardiogram did not detect anything abnormal. Finally, I went to Oriental traditional medicine clinic. The doctor there advised me to quit smoking immediately, as my heart became very weak. He prepared a herbal medicine for me, and nowadays I feel better, as I take more rests. I guess chronic fatigue caused by smoking and drinking during the past 3 years was the main problem. I quit smoking for 40 days, but smoke again after taking the herbal medicine. Sigh...

Any  way, a month ago, I was not so much interested in fashion and crossdressing. I also had my hair cut short to make it easier to dry my hairs everyday.

As I feel better, I become more interested in fashion and my desire to corssdress becomes stronger. Yesterday, I ordered some minor fashion items for late spring: striped tees and fashion tights for exercise. I do not know why I like striped tees so much, but some people say I look slim especially when I wear striped tees.

I rode a bike around my town for about 20 km. It was a nice spring day, and was the children's day here.

Only healthy people can crossdress.
