Finally On My Way

Hey, guys!  Sorry I haven't been around for a while.  I got busy with other things.  I just wanted to let you know that, after a few setbacks, I am finally among the T-men.  I just gave myself my first shot.  I must say, the anticipation was much worse than the actual shot.  I sat there for several minutes trying to work up the nerve.  Good lord that needle's huge!  I finally just did it, and at first it didn't even register that it had gone in.  I was expecting more resistance, but it was like plunging a needle into a stick of butter.  Hardly hurt at all.  Woohoo!

Only the three or four hairs I already had.    But I just got me some Truefitt & Hill Trafalger shaving cream and a vintage Gillette razor (made the same year and quarter as my birth, no less) in the mail today, so I'm ready to tackle it as it comes. 

Edit:  I just re-read my post, and it suddenly occurred to me ... Does this mean I'm vintage?
