Yes Ma am, I do know what you mean and I love that song also.  I have for years. 

And I agree, Tink. I am natural, as opposed to be unnatural ( Non Human ), and I am a woman ( regardless of the body deformities).  Therefore I am a natural woman.  I just need some minor  alterations.

That's a great song & not too difficult to understand the "natural" part.  I like to listen to Celine Dion singing that. She gives it a special twist.
