I doubt it could be that serious, but I am relaxing and giving myself a solid week for recovery.  I'm just drinking fruit juice and smoking the grass  till I pass out and stay passed out as long as I can.   I'll probably call myself in a prescription if it's not significantly better by tonight.

It's just the pain.  It's not itching, it's just excruciating, especially after any bowel movement.

that area is not designed to be "pounded."

it's actually very delicate, and unnecessary roughness can actually tear the colon. such an occurrence is very serious and needs to be checked out by a doc, ASAP.

also, the sphincter could possibly be damaged during such activity, and that also is very serious!

don't let yourself be pounded, and um, and if anyone tries to pound you, tell them to leave. that is abuse.
