in going through this forum i can see for me it is not going to be easy for me telling family.  by the way i consider myself a crossdresser.  i think a lot of it is the worry i will lose them.  crossdressing for me is something ireally like doing and yes now that im doing it basiclly everyday i still get aroused.and me being 62. i guess as i have seen mentioned many times here at susans i probably should seek the advice of a therapist.  and i dont mean to stop crossdressing.

sorry if i seem to babble on in these forums but i have so much to learn and want to learn.

hugs and kisses to everyone here, you all have been absolutly terrific!!! :-*

Usually a therapist is recommended for people who identify as a transsexual as that's a required step in transition.  However, if you feel a therapist would benefit you, your welcome to, but a support group may be sufficient..  Good luck on telling your family.  There are a lot of resources around here that will help.  By the way, nobody is ever encouraged to stop being themselves

I think anyone that is TG should get a therapist. There is allot of stress in begin different and to say the least it will help you feel better about yourself.
