You have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you. You have the right to an attorney if you can not afford an attorney one will be appointed to you. Does that sound like you have the same rights? you get locked up hand cuffed your picture is taken and you have a record of being arrested. No you do not have the same rights as some one who has not been arrested. You have rights but not the freedom of speech, not the freedom to go where you want , not the freedom to pursue happiness. You become a ward of the state and have to abide by there rules until court sets you free. If they do not have evidence they have to set you free. If they have evidence your lawyer can try to get bail. If you are not stable and can not come up with 10% of the bail money you are to remain in jail till your trail. Does that sound like you have the same rights as a law abiding citizen? It is true you are not considered guilty but that does not mean you are free of the charges. It is not Nazi or just Idaho. It is to safe guard the public and insure you will come to court. The same thing happens to anyone even Ms Hilton. Being different does not give you any special rights.
I have been in jail and I paid my fines. The mattress was full of lice and no one warned me. Jail is not a nice place. I hope you never think about doing anything against the law. Sorry you have no understanding about your rights and how law breakers are treated before and after court.
P.S. you do go to court for a bail hearing.
