When was your last period?
On Tuesday morning -- on the International Day Of Transgender Visibility -- I went in for "routine" medical care that for a trans person like me perhaps isn't so routine: I went in for my annual mammogram.
My primary healthcare provider is the Veterans Administration, but the Veterans Administration's San Diego medical facility doesn't currently have the capability to do mammograms.
