BBC code won't work in custom signature?

Okay, for a long while I've had my SRS ticker working fine, and now it won't work and gives me an error saying that I can't put BBC code in (yet, beside the fill-in box it says I can).  I came across this because I changed my profile picture (yeah, it's a pic of me -- ooh, scary! LOL). That went fine, but upon pressing submit it gave me the BBC code error saying I can't put my ticker up.

What's going on? Did something change?

The beginning code for the image tag has to be in caps so the code for your ticker would be this:
