god I felt like that yesterday so bad, I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes life just seems so... hard.   Miniar had some excellent words to remember, "This too shall pass." You will feel good again, promise. We all feel down and defeated sometimes. But there are some wonderful people here who remind us that we are all in this life thing together, and helping each other is, in the end, what matters. Hang in there sweetie. Like Asher said, imagine the good things you want in your life and set about making those things your reality. There's always a way.
