Update: Allen Ray Andrade is guilty 1st Degree Murder, and guilty of the  bias motivated crime count. Guilty on vehicle theft and identity theft.
At 4:00 PM MDT, he will be sentenced to life without parole.

We have JUSTICE FOR ANGIE!!!!!!!

    Both sets of attorneys rested their cases Tuesday and will present their closing arguments to the jury today.

    Attorneys started the morning with two jailhouse phone calls between Andrade, and his girlfriend, Felicia Mendoza.

    In one portion of one of the calls, however, Andrade spontaneously says, "Gay things need to die."

This is what we expect in today's closing:

That is great news!! Although I would have preferred that the scumbag got death by firing squad. However, life is prison is nice too. I hope that the worthless piece of garbage gets murdered in prison though.
