Transsexual killer's day of confusion

Transsexual murderer Maddison Hall will remain behind bars for now, despite the Supreme Court upholding a decision to grant her parole.

Justice Peter McClellan today dismissed a government challenge to a State Parole Authority order approving Hall's early release.

But in a major turnaround just hours later, the authority revoked its parole order because Hall's post-release accommodation had fallen through.

Hey Lost,

I read this article and am sitting her wondering if I would want this individual out on the streets.  I can't honestly say that I would want anyone released after they killed someone, under any circumstances. I do truly believe that if you take a life, you lost your right to remain in society.  So what are your thoughts here??  I am not familuar with this case at all.

I read in the Fairfax Digital (www.smh.com.au/) that MAdison HAll has served 16 yeras plus already.
Personally I am inclined to think that if it wasn't for the Trans-factor it would had never made the news.
  I reserve my opinion on wheather paroling convicted murderers(no accidental manslaughter) just as I reservee my oppinion on capital punishment. Not the same but just as potentionaly  inflamatory of a conversation.
  The trans factor is a tricky one. Are they steering the issue?
