It has been a long time since my last post but I finally left my wife.  (we are getting divorced) YAY!  Well since my leaving I went and got my ears pierced, bought my own panties, and bras.  LOL yes I even bought 4 pairs of shoes and began to slowly build my wardrobe.  My best friend has helped me to start to transition as I look somewhat feminine anyway.  My first counseling session with a gender therapist is on the 12th.  I also discussed being TG with my VA doctor.  She said she is going to help with getting hrt when the therapist says I am ready.  I feel so free.
Smile, everyone will wonder what you are up to.

I'm happy for you. Some VA therapists are great. One of my VA shrinks (intern) never caught on to why I always complimented her attire and asked what size she wears. Another was happy for my preference of clothing. Very supportive.

Well 9 more days till I meet my gender therapist. I am excited and nervous, but I am really in a pickle as what to wear.  I mean do I go as myself or do I go as the the grotesque male?  Hmmm.
Smile, everyone will wonder what you are up to.

Be yourself hon. Maybe things have changed. But because of prior bad experiences, I won't have anything to do with the VA
