Not sure about the most touching but it is cute.

I do remember years ago when the TV series Holocaust was aired. A male colleague went over to a jewish colleague and apologised to her for ever using the expression "you jew" etc as a degoratory expression, he then said he would never expect to be forgiven by her. But it would never happen again. It never did. And she did.

Nice ad.  I could think of better motivations than getting a bank loan but it is just a commercial after all.  Cute.

Well yeah, that's the thing...they have to reference the bank and that doesn't ring true so much. Maybe it struck me (and really this goes beyond the circumstances, it would have worked with race or whatever too with modified dialog) because it is so rare to see sincere human interaction ina commercial...or so it seems to me.
