Im skinny myself (about 115 lbs). I dont really feel negatively about other people being skinny.

In many third world countries Id be normal if not a little pudgy.

I'm 5'7" and cannot break 115lbs because my metabolism is too fast. I look like a twig and I don't like it. Makes me feel awkward.

Im a size 5 and i think iam fat, lol!  I think that there is a point where weight can be an issue if it hampers your well being.  I think too, that if you once had a decent shape and now you look like a stick with no curve, then there needs to be some adjustments made as well.  My biggest downfall is sweets.  I would be at my  goal if it werent for  these sweet cravings.  Proper diet, exercise, plenty of water and sleep are the  key to not only being healthy, but looking your best.  This  of course is my opinion again, lol!

sounds like you need a sugar detox. but its going to make you crazy and a mad person for about 2 weeks

^What is a "sugar detox"?? Like i just went out at 10pm and got a bag of sour  gummy bears and  skittles...it is terrible.  I dont keep anything  with sugar in the house, but  ill get a craving and  i cant stop  it.   Not tryin to hijack, but  i never heard of a sugar detox,  but  if it works, im  willing to try anything.  It can be anything  tho,  m&ms,  protein bars, gummy bears, chocolate.. i like binge on it, then im done  for awhile, but this  goes on at least every other day.

Yeah, I've noticed people's weight and body composition as long as I can remember.

Having an eating disorder myself, I don't consider this to be the slightest bit unexpected. Even at ridiculously unhealthy-low weights, I couldn't keep my eyes off the things I hate about myself... which I realize more and more are 'feminine' physical traits, like fat accumulation on the thighs, or breasts.

Taking time to re-examine my gender identity has given me a lot of insight. I may be 'fat' as a girl, but I'm almost too scrawny as a boy. It's really a double-standard.

I think I've made more than one 'KFC' joke in my life, but sadly, most of those times have been bitter comments rather than joking ones.

wait what was the point of this topic
oh I usually look at people and notice the fat on them but it's not like I hate them or anything
and yes some people are too skinny
but I don't think I'm too skinny but I guess some people think that
people always make a big deal of it if your a little skinnier than most people but it's OK to be a little overweight hmm..

I think Ive received alot of hassle/bullying for being skinny. One person in particular acted like it was okay to talk trash about me for being skinny daily, and the oneday I commented on their weight they flipped out and never talked to me again. This was very mean stuff they said that really broke me down and I feel my one comment was nothing compared to months of verbal abuse.

Also, I finally found out my size, Im a 1.

im not all that skinny but people think its their right to comment on my weight and tell me "your sooo skinny, blah, blah....  It always seems to be people that are overweight telling me that.  Maybe its to make themselves feel better about being fat but Im sorry I dont think its healthy to be packing an innertube of fat around your midsection.

I dont go around telling large people that theyre too fat, why do they have any right to comment on my skinniness.  I eat, Alot, but I cant seem to gain an ounce, so its not like i dont know that I could use some "meat on my bones".

Anyhow I just find the double standard frustrating.
