Wow, this is I think the third one I've posted but I do have a Q. I hope it's ok to ask this and I hope it's not a weird question but being a FTM once you've had the gender reassignment surgery is it possible to feel sexual plessure?

Usually, yes. There is a small risk with phalloplasty and a smaller risk with metaoidioplasty, but they are small risks.
