what we are... every one of us

hi, i just thhought that people may be feeling down at times due to feeling hated.... i therefore think its iportant to remind ourselfs of the fact we are all apes. nothing more.

apes are all equal you see but apes dont hate.

were apes all of us, but that's what binds us together as on. all genders have that. humanity is beautiful, though some people are more beautiful than others, The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen.

Or, perhaps not, thehumanthings. You make a case without even making a case that you are one of those beautiful people. :) :icon_hug:

I agree with the way you pointed out the "inner beauty" of people. I don't agree with the apes analogy, however. However, I believe a wise person can see the beauty in all things including even the terrible things. It is true, though, that those who have survived the worst struggles and come out with a true appreciation of things are amongst the most beautiful. Humanity is much more than "apes" though because humans have the ability to see higher truths and make larger choices. While it sounds good to say that everyone is equal, that is not true in reality. No two people are alike and everyone has their own abilities, disabilities, and uniqueness. That does not mean, however, that people should not all be given equal opportunity to advance themselves by their qualities, assistance in overcoming their disabilities, and appreciated for their unique differences. This especially applies to us transgendered people.
