The Monash Gender Clinic was shut down the other day. I thought it might be worth posting this here because no one from the clinic has contacted me to tell me and I only found out about it when my dad read it in the newspaper. I feel really sad for all the people in Victoria who wont have access to a transition program now, but I feel so extra lucky that I didn't wait too long to get my surgery referal letters. There are lots of mixed emotions.

Anyways, here are some links to information about what's happening.

I was told of this happening before Easter. I have seen some concerned since yet havnt had any more info other than what I read on the net. I guess for the main, its still all go. One of my friends is scheduled for surgery next week, still through Monash. Fact is, we are all still here no matter what happened in the past.
