wow what store did you get it from, I want to go get one now.

Fredericks of Hollywood, Governers Square Mall, Clarksville TN.

What i like about that corset is that it doesnt have straps, and it fits pretty snuggly.  I wore it under a T-Shirt and my wife didnt notice.

VS and some of the other shops can be a bit pricey. But if you sign up for their e-mail they will notify you of sales and special offers. I generally will wait until something I like goes on sale. Then bam! I've got a quality product at a good price  ;) I mostly just wear tank tops anyway. But it feels good to wear a bra sometimes. Having a couple that fit well makes it that much nicer  Have you tried onehanesplace.com?

Frederick's of Hollywood, like VS.  But I have found them cheaper.

Cheaper, in terms of both money and fashion.  :P :-*

There's the $10 Wallmart store-brand bra. There's Frederick's. There's VS.

And then there's La Perla. The next time I fly out to to my beach house in Amagansett, I'll be sure to stop by their new store in East Hampton.

I still haven't been to VS in girl-mode. They don't bat an eye to guys buying bras there, though. They are quite nice, in fact. It might be worth dropping by since it's the semi-annual sale right now. :)

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up on the sale, I definitely need to make my way down there asap ;D

The net is good for Fredericks, but I just got a great deal on a corset, because I went to the store.

I got this for $38.00 at the store, but it is $58.00 on the web.

I just wish I looked like that in it.

I wish I could even get one on...

I've bought quiet a few things retail (I'm not the picture of discretion) - I even tried on shoes in Payless (in a mall!) once, though definitely in a rush and panicked about someone coming around the corner and "catching" me.

On two different occasions, once at Factory Connection and once at a thrift store I actually tried something on in the store. Kind of like I was daring someone to ask me why.

Anyway, the only time I ever was directly questioned at checkout was actually at Wal Mart.

I was buying some pink fuzzy slippers and my wife was with me and she noticed the size and said "surely you're feet aren't that big!" to my wife (we knew the girl so it wasn't as forward as it sounds) we both laughed and said "they are for someone else" and she smiled and looked at me and said "I just hope they aren't for you" or something like that - in a joking way. She had no idea what she was saying as it turns out.

Are you kidding? I get much less flak from salespeople shopping at Victoria's Secret or Fredrick's for my lady now than I did when I was shopping for my own breasts.

Never had flak at all from male or female assistants.

Bought a skirt today in drab, the salesgirl did say the sizing was not forgivening and I should get a size 10 rather than the 8 I was holding. And to bring it back if it doesn't fit.
Easy.
I think as we keep saying it's attitude. And shops need to make money.

Seriously.  There's been a flub or two when a salesperson suggested something I'd worn in the past and I've slipped up with "No, the underwire on that has popped through a couple times.  On her old bras."  er, der..  whoops? ;)

I'm always nervous when shopping for items. Payless is a favorite of mine since the mens shoe isle is often on one side wrapping around from the back of the store and all you have to do is turn around walk down the isle a bit to see womens shoes in your size.

Damn my large feet though. Walmart no longer seems to carry womens in size 10 or 11.

I kinda have a love/hate relationship with walmart. Good prices but then they dont carry the things I really want. These shoes for instance, none in my size online or at any of the local stores... http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10205033

What I'd give to be able to find a bra that actually fit me for only $10.! LOL Try having to pay at LEAST $35. for something that fits correctly! *sigh* (I swear at those prices, I should just buy a roll of duct tape and stash more money into the ol' breast reduction fund! LOL)

ANYWAY, I've found that http://www.barenecessities.com/ has a great selection, and they're reasonably priced (and almost always have some sort of a sale going on!)

I find JMS and Playtex reasonable and mostly sized correctly, and usually around $15.

My problem is my chest is wider than the average woman's chest and so my breasts are farther apart.  As a result I have a large chest  ;D but zero cleavage  >:(.

I sometimes think about getting my bras specially made so that they would fit correctly.  A 40D/40DD has a good band size but the cups are too close.  A 42C/42D the cups are better positioned, but the band is very loose.

I just try to get the girls into the best position possible when I get dressed and hope for the best.  Usually I end up having to readjust sometimes when I go to the bathroom.

Ah well, I new life as a woman would be different!

Vive la difference!

Ms Jessica

try searching internet sites online for printable coupons.  You can find good ones, sometimes, like $10 off coupons for a bra at VS.  Print it out, bring it in, buy your bra.  They're still pricey, but at least I'm getting $10 off.  :)

They have plenty of those shoes at a local walmart near where I live. Three different colors too (black, silver, burgandy) and in sizes 10-11. Where do you live hun?
