I can't stand this, West Virginia has nothing...
I want to DO something, anything to better not just my life but the lives of those around me. This place, this area, it sickens me. I just want to rise up and speak out, but no one around me except for my boyfriend will listen. How can I get my message out besides Youtube? Any help would be grateful thanks.

How about the easy stuff?

Write letters to public officials.  Attend and participate in the open meetings of your local gov't.  Write letters to the editor.
