It is, as long as that's what you're aiming for. I know I wonder about it from time to time. I was sitting with some people and they were talking about how much they hated getting up and going to work, and how much they hated their job and all, and I had to really think back, like 30-35 years to remember such a time in my own life, and I wondered which way was 'normal', mine, or theirs? Because for sure, most of the people I work with don't feel that 'hate the job' deal either.
Other times I'm struck by how much, and sometimes seemingly how fast, normal changes. They had a DVD of Hawaii 5-0 on at work the other day, and one of the people watching the scene said 'Ahh, the good old days, when you could smoke in a hospital.' Because McGarrett and Dano were standing around in a hospital smoking. Some of the younger people were aghast that anything like that ever happened, and I'm thinking that it happened in my lifetime.
