the room is dark.  the only light is coming from my ipod as music plays softly in the background.  my knees are pulled into my chest, and I sit crying.

Do you ever feel like you'll never quite be happy?

I was crawling in my own skin.  Even after surgery, my body still feels so incomplete.  Almost as though I have detached parts of my body that I accept and parts that I am still so uncomfortable with.
