A San Francisco-based civil rights group has released a new manual on legal issues important to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people over the age of 55.

The publication, called "Planning with a Purpose: Legal Basics for LGBT Elders," was announced by the National Center for Lesbian Rights on Monday.
