If you want fame, then you can choose something nobody else does. Like Ozzy Osbourne biting off the heads of chickens. Or Paris Hilton, who has no talent whatsoever in anything (and yes, I saw the sex videos), but is famous for being rich and having no taste whatsoever.
If you just want to do something because you love it, you can always find a way to do it. If you just wanna be famous, then you have to give up an awful lot of yourself to do it.
And some people are lucky enough to be good at what they love and also get rich and famous doing it. Lance Armstrong, I've read, has 20% more lung capacity than the average male, so he has a physiological advantage for what he does. He obviously loves it, and he's damn good at it. But if you can't love something without striking it lucky, having the advantage, or being the best, maybe you ought to think about whether you really love doing it or if it's the spotlight you love.
And Rana, yes, that moment when you hit it as a choir, is amazing!
