Is it serious if DHT Type I can't be blocked?

I live in a country where Dutasteride (Avodart) does not exist so meanwhile I am dealing only with Finasteride (Proscar) as substitute.

Dutasteride blocks both DHT Type I and DHT Type II where as Finasteride blocks only DHT Type II.

Is it really that serious if I can't manage to block the DHT Type I. Does anyone know what does each of these DHT do exactly and what is the consequence if I can't bar DHT Type I?

i used finastride (proscar) and with spironolactone seemed to work just fine.  I really wouldn't worrry about it.  In the grand scheme of things transition wize theres many other things that warrant greater concern.

Same here and no problems at all.
