i just found out that my therapist can't write referance letters because she works for the university. so, i've heard about therapy online. my questions are: about how much do these sessions cost and exactly how do they work? I mean, do you just e-mail back in forth or do you IM? has anybody on here ever done therapy online? please help!! i've got to get to the next step!!!
