A Harlem man-turned-woman is suing the Parks Department, claiming her boss tried to bar her from the ladies' room and refused to call her Chanel.

Chanel Birden - who was born Andrew Birden and is on female hormones - contends city workers discriminated against her with slurs and by gasping, "What in the world is that?" when she used the ladies' room.
