Tristan

ok so my birthday was yesterday and it was wonderful. some of my family came. my mom of course was insane (witch I'm use to) and my dad surprisingly is very supportive and is agreeing to help me with the the whole grad school and surrogacy process. of course you have have to have your sperm on ice before you start hormones (witch i did) and i have to finish up with grad school first so in about 3 years (when I'm 26) I get to start a family. it was such a good birthday to get that info and find out after school i can work banker type hours and have a family (ill take about a 20k pay cut as a PA or NP for the banker hours but i don't really care). i just really felt i had to tell someone. oh yeah and i have lost 37lbs. so now I'm 5'10 and 145 and apparently looking kinda hot. I'm really loving life right now

Congrats on the weight.

I have set myself a goal to get under 150 eventually so it's good to here when others are at that ratio and it's a "healthy weight"

I've mentioned it to some folks who were a bit skeptical and seemed to think it was geting too low...

Anyway...I digress.  I'm glad to hear things are going great for you.
Disclaimer: due to serious injury, most of my posts are made via Dragon Dictation which sometimes butchers grammar and mis-hears my words. I'm also too lazy to closely proof-read which means some of my comments will seem strange.

You need to have a BMI index done to figure out your correct weight range, height alone is not enough for a proper calc as not everyone has the same bone density mass.

And Tristan, that rocks, I'm very happy for you, this ought to be a good year for you.

That true too, muscle weighs a lot, it was amazing when I worked with dancers - who are near 100% muscle, you think they weight 90 lbs soaking wet, but when you go to pick them up - in the literal sense, on the way to doing it in the metaphysical sense - they have a solid 20 lbs over that.

But bone size and density has something to with it too, as you don't want to lose bone density, that's bad. There is more to weight then height.

Yeah, its really happening, and its a good thing!

Once we transition, we feel comfortable in their own skin.  However, so many people here have a difficult time appreciating how they look - and you can put my name at the top of that list!

It's wonderful to see someone realize and appreciate how good they look.

I'm a stagehand/theater tech type. So even though I mostly work rock, I've done high opera, low opera, and lots of dance, not to mention lots of bad plays.
