Ive been doing alot of research and have found that the Allergan 410 textured/shaped to be the most natural and you can get various shapes to get a tailored look, like the uplifted shape. They are cohesive silicone and Mentor does not produce these. Here is a link: http://www.natrelle.ca/410_rightFit.asp  I am looking at a dr in Sarnia, ON which he places them areola under the muscle. You get the uplifted look with theses because of the shape.
