Haircut help?

So, I'm thinking about getting a more masculine haircut pretty soon. The only thing is, I need to know what will work for my face. I've tried getting masculine haircuts before and they didn't really work with my face.

Well, I can say that your hair resembles mine a bit in wave and thickness, I wouldn't suggest going for something overly short, it wouldn't look too well.  Go with something that keeps a bit of length in the back and front, but perhaps style it up with some gel.  Something wants me to say that you might look good in the haircut brad pit had for fight club, but that's just a hunch. 

Anyone else have an opinion?

Hmm, so sort of like an ivy league cut, but longer? I'd been looking at something like that, or maybe a faux hawk (not the really crazy kind, something that could kinda go either way)

I think you have a face that could pull off something like this

but it would depend on your style....not your hairstyle...your fashion style...yeah I know what I mean

Well, back when I was trying to be a girl I had something of an emo style
but now that I'm trying to pass (and failing) I kind of cut back a bit 'cuz I figured it would make me seem more feminine.
So IDK really. I guess a very watered down version of emo.

Yeah, emo hair is the way to go.  There various lengths of those, just go towards the short end.  Actually, I'm thinking of a girl I know who has a hairstyle you could pull off (don't worry; she looks like a dude), but since I don't have any pictures, that was a totally pointless thing to mention.
