Beyond manbags: pantyhose for men

The truth is that "mantyhose", featuring a special "male comfort panel", caught my attention some time ago, but I kept it to myself. No point burdening all of you with a mental image that could put you off your meat and two veg. But I now see this was futile. The trend for straight men to invade female fashion territory is seemingly unstoppable. Even before manscara and guyliner there were man bras, or manzieres. Now there are umpteen websites for male nylons. One, e-MANcipate! (www.e-mancipate.net), describes itself as "a project to accelerate the acceptance of male pantyhose as a regular clothing item" with tips on how to deal with snagging (a dab of clear nail varnish, I find, fellas, and do watch those shoe buckles).

The masculine world is definitely moving towards femininity....Slowly but surely.

The fashion industry has consistently tried to get men to wear skirts and more. Basically anything feminine, they have tried to push onto men, why? Money. Most of it, has not caught despite repeated attempts.

A lot of feminists are starting to say they took things to far now as well and have stripped men of too much masculinity.

mwahahaha (attampt to spell evil laugh)

i was alwayse kinda annoyed that wearing trousers and a men's shirt wouldn't really get my "dressing as a man" point accross, maybe you M2F crossdressers will have the same problems when all the lady stuff takes off for men.

Schadenfreude and hope from me here... i hope this takes off.

:D

Oh they keep on trying to sell this idea every decade or so.  Still ain't working. I think the entire concept of skirts/dresses have been so closely IDed with the feminine that it will never really pass over, or it will be the last thing to, long after makeup (sort of changing) and other fashion details.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

hrmmm... i think some makeup is masculine. e.g. Black nail-varnish and eyeliner, it's not the macho footballer look, but it's far from drag.
