Ok, that was easy enough. We take a population of what is total about 3% of the entire population – so, we'll call it 9,217,000 people. 9.2 million.
Most of whom are not transsexuals. Indeed, not more than 320,000 of them are, assuming the most reasonable prevalence rates possible from what data can be gained, of whom only about one in forty will ever have GRS/SRS. GO with published prevalence and its far, far fewer – perhaps 32,000. Which doesn't work given there are more than 32,000 still living who have undergone SRS/GRS on the women's side alone.
