(Interestingly, people in the industry say that trans models are fairly common. It's just not well known to the general public.)

Isis has not had gender reconstructive surgery (GRS). I don't know if she plans to. I've been thinking a lot about that myself. I'm still nine months away from eligibility, but those first three months went by pretty quickly. The possibility of volunteering for major surgery and serious aftercare is not that far off.

the ultimate body mod for me would be to create and be able to be a pregant women
could that ever happen for trasnsgendered?
i would love to have the feeling of being pregant then be able to deliver a baby too

anyway it would be a great gift
