No offense taken Valerie.  I just want to be me!  I do not want to be misguided either so thank you.
Smile, everyone will wonder what you are up to.

Last time I checked my hormones levels, back in July, I was at less than 2 for testosterone (low even for a woman, yay !)...
Also I am now stable at around 200 for estradiol, which is absolutely normal (for a woman, of course), and progesterone around 7, which, again is a perfectly normal value for a healthy woman.

I'm having weekly IM injections of oil-based estradiol alternatively in noth upper arms.
I'm taking every 12 hours (morning , evening), cyptroterone acetate, micronized progesterone.
That said, my hormone regimen might not be right for other peoples, I just summed it up for reference, as it took a while and weekly hormone level checks until I found out the right balance.

If your already on hrt, its not going to give a good baseline if you get a second testing done, but...heck, if you arent having any difficulty and you dont have the $ just keep the dosages to what the medium dosages would be for MTF.   Im not a dr, but thats what mine started me on.  Like I said...not many good endos with much experience with TG's in MI.  dont worry...even at the high end of the test level, it should go down aft youve been on hormones for awhile.  Are  you planning full transition?

I would just like to remind everyone that there should be no discussions about the dosages of hormone therapy you are taking.

Please refer to the site rules - rule 8 in particular
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,2.0.html

8. The discussion of hormone replacement therapy(HRT) and it's medications are permitted, with the following limitations:

A. Advocating for or against a specific medication or combinations of medications for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
B. Discussing the means to acquire HRT medications without a prescription, and self medication without a doctors care is prohibited.
C. Discussing dosages is strongly discouraged to prevent information obtained on this site from being used to self medicate.

We can not in good conscience condone the self administering of these medications. Not only may self medication be illegal, but HRT medications can cause serious health problems, and many have the potential for life-threatening side effects that can only be detected and prevented with proper medical supervision.

Thanks
Nick

Well here I am again at month number four.   My 3 month T-level is 253ng/dl.  I do not understand why my level has gone up when I am on Estradiol and Spironolactone.  Dosages removed do to site rules and the fear of self medicating.
