I have an appointment to see my doctor, luckily its a woman as I doubt I could muster the courage to see a male Doctor.
When I saw my last Doctor when I was eighteen he was not very nice to me.
But somehow see a woman I feel easier.

What should I be expecting my Doctor to say to me girls?

Its my intention to explain how I am feeling and that I would like help to have gender reassignment.
I have an appointment as well with a young lady to start zapping my facial hair.

Should I start now practicing my Ouch,Yow responce's ? ;D

I know i replied or posted somewhere before about doctors pcp (primary care physicians) around here and being in a large health system that is electronic (recording of all patient records on pc) so all 15-16 hositals have access to the database?  That is a huge HUGE scary thought to me, what if one nurse at the hospital where i worked at and was say getting surgery for something minor had to access my file for presurgery or something and looked through it electronically?  she'd see evidences of gender?  That simple: word out and maybe not in a good way?
My current pcp has no idea of my gender issues I've been with him for almost 4 years now?
do i want to tell him  yes and have thought lately on this and do want to.  I have no predispositions when it comes to talking to a medical professional of mine about gender i say the issues with some sturcture of pride and arrogance (mainly because we as the sufferers are more knowledgable than the people treating us anyway), but my concern is his charting of my discussion or record keeping of it i do not want it in my file PERIOD, would he acknowledge that and keep it out?  I do not think he would, not sure so i guess i would have to ask first his stance on very private issues and relevance to his documentations in his office>
Good luck though as i said before too,  i did have a guy and lady pcp years back who were both just awesome about my issues!  at the time i was not working in healthcare and never thought it would be of concern down the road in medical records....
